With the advancement of the globalization process, some of the revolutions have ended, they try to portray the concept of dialogue and "diplomacy" as synonymous with adaptation and contrast with the concept of revolution. In their view, revolutionism and tension are one and especially the era of globalization as the era of dialogue instead of revolution. The issue of this research is the display of the alignment of diplomacy and revolutionism in the age of globalization, in the features of the concept of "revolutionary diplomacy". The purpose of the research is to extend the concepts of "diplomacy" and "defense diplomacy" into the atmosphere of revolution and the Islamic revolution and to express the principles and characteristics of "revolutionary diplomacy" in the era of global developments. The type of fundamental research and its method is a descriptive-case study and has been selected to process the main data of the "interactions of events, trends". The results of the research show that the concepts of dialogue, consultation, or "diplomacy" have not contradicted the concept of revolution in the era of globalization, and they have maintained their prominent place in international relations. Meanwhile, the Islamic Revolution has created new diplomatic capacities in the transition from global change to the emergence of a new kind of dialogue called "revolutionary diplomacy". As the Supreme Leader's (Supreme Leader) statement emphasizes the observance of the principles of revolution in the field of "diplomacy", the new concept of "intelligent revolutionary diplomacy" is outlined. The revolutionary and smart diplomacy is the only one that is capable of creating, based on the revolutionary principles, the capacity and the new opportunities for multilateral international cooperation, and the incitement of threats and sanctions, as well as the "diplomacy of coercion" of the enemies.
