The use of force as a tool of US foreign policy, the tramp scourge

Abstract

Military power has always played a decisive role in the US foreign policy and security policy. The use of military force and its translation into political power has been one of the difficult issues facing American leaders, especially in recent decades. Since the defeat of foreign policy and military power in Vietnam, its leaders have faced two major problems: 1 The distorted picture of the country's military strength and the reduction of the threat posed by the use of force, 2 The difficulty of obtaining domestic support for the use of force as a means to achieve foreign policy goals. US policymakers have struggled to overcome this strategic weakness in many ways, by gaining significant military successes, to restore the image of the powerful army and the military force of the conqueror to the US Army. In this paper, an attempt has been made through descriptive-analytic method. In addition to examining US military efforts to overcome Vietnam's post-war syndrome in the aftermath of the war with the start of the Kuwaiti war, the problems of Tramp's use of military force as a tool of foreign policy are the following: The United States in the Middle East has repeatedly overcome another syndrome of American foreign and military behavior that Tramp has taken over the supremacy of the White House today with the rebellion against these frequent retreats and the slogan of restoring America to brilliant times; The use of military power during the Tramp period in order to achieve foreign policy goals His reconstruction of the country's military image could be one of the priorities of US foreign policy during this period, which should be addressed.
