Abstract
The ancient era, which is from the rule of the Medes (708 BC) to the rule of the Sassanids (651 AD), is influenced by the historical past in the field of political thought and religious beliefs. According to Iranian mythology, the first man is also the first king. Therefore, the history of Shahi's thought in Iran is related to the beginning of creation, and since then it can always be examined in different layers of the political and social life of Iranians. Shahi's thought has such a base in Iran's political culture that it can be mentioned as the axis of all political developments and even most social phenomena are somehow related to it. The emergence of Zoroaster, who was considered a religious revelation, added new political and social approaches based on his teachings to Iranian beliefs. Therefore, the recognition and criticism of political ideas in ancient Iran requires the study and analysis of political texts in ancient Iran. The method of the current research was carried out using the historical method and descriptive-analytical method, and the two main research questions were answered. The results of the research show that in this era, politics is based on the absolute obedience of subjects to the ruler and any disobedience and disobedience is considered a kind of religious and ethnic deviation and according to political texts such as political thought and Zoroastrian utopia is rooted in Zoroastrian worldview.
