The Holy Quran has valuable and practical rules to organize all areas of human life, which are called "Quranic Rules". Among these rules is the rule of "mustache negation" which has an effective nature in various fields such as defense. Failure to pay attention to such a capacity, in addition to losing the life-giving instructions of the Quran, causes errors in the decision-making of national and military officials. Since the Islamic government, on the one hand, claims to revive, implement and defend divine laws, and on the other hand, it is necessary to interact with the world, therefore, a deep understanding of the rule of "mustache negation" is essential. With this definition, the main question of this research is what are the uses and functions of the rule of "mustache negation" in the field of defense? The purpose of this article, organized in an analytical-citation method, is to examine the applications of the rule of "mustache negation" in some defense areas such as political, economic, cultural and military. The data of this research shows that "expansion of monotheism, protection of the rules of religion, the need to fight against enemies, defense of human rights, preservation of the dignity and independence of the Islamic society, prevention of oppression and corruption, revival of pure Islam" are some of the defensive functions used by The rule is "mustache negation". To prove the claim of this research, the words of the imams of the revolution will be cited.
