The problem in the West Asia and especially the Persian Gulf is like Edward Lorenz's chaotic system, which oscillates between stability and instability. The disorder ruling the region shows a fluid and non-stop image that has managed to manage its system while being interwoven and inflammatory. Such a complex system, which has been able to maintain itself despite its fragility, causes the question to be raised that in the context of the play of extra-regional and regional powers and influential non-state actors, war and peace in the chaotic system of the Persian Gulf depends on what and how it can be explained. Is? The hypothesis that is based on the research question is that the conditions of peace and war in the Persian Gulf in this complex and intertwined system depend on the conditions of multipolarity and the balance of forces between actors, traditional and modern factors and the existing governance conditions. The research findings confirm the existing assumption and peace and war in the Persian Gulf can be explained based on the said existing conditions. The research method is based on the description and analysis of data obtained through library and internet sources.
