In today's complex and rapidly changing world, technology is considered not only as a tool to facilitate human life, but also as a fundamental factor in shaping economic, political, and social structures at the global level. Nanotechnology, as one of the most advanced and innovative scientific fields in recent years, has been recognized as an influential factor in foreign policy and international relations. The present study, which is written in a descriptive-analytical method, has attempted to answer the question of what position nanotechnology has in foreign policy and international relations and how it can act as a strategic tool in creating changes and movements in global politics and international relations? The research findings indicate that nanotechnology, through its innovations, has a significant impact not only on scientific and technological developments, but also as a tool for increasing the competitiveness of countries in various fields and improving cooperation in facing global challenges. Although nanotechnology can act as a driving force in the transformation of foreign policy and international relations, at the same time as facing widespread challenges such as cybersecurity and technological terrorism, there is a need to create coherent international rules and regulations to manage this technology.
